Description
- 1Setup: Sit in the machine with your feet, butt, and lower back firmly planted against the supports.
- 2Grip: Firmly grasp the handles on either side.
- 3Exhale & Lift: Exhale as you raise your arms out to the sides.
- 4Elevation: Continue raising your arms until they are parallel to the ground.
- 5Lower: Inhale while slowly lowering your arms back down to the starting position.
- 6Repeat: Complete the movement in a controlled manner for the desired number of repetitions.
