Description

  1. 1Setup: Sit in the machine with your feet, butt, and lower back firmly planted against the supports.
  2. 2Grip: Firmly grasp the handles on either side.
  3. 3Exhale & Lift: Exhale as you raise your arms out to the sides.
  4. 4Elevation: Continue raising your arms until they are parallel to the ground.
  5. 5Lower: Inhale while slowly lowering your arms back down to the starting position.
  6. 6Repeat: Complete the movement in a controlled manner for the desired number of repetitions.
