Ensure the cable is taut. Open your hands slightly to drop the bar from your palms to your fingers. Keep your arms straight and exhale as you raise the bar by clenching your fists, bringing it into your palms and flexing your wrists. Hold for two counts. Inhale as you slowly lower the bar, returning it to the starting position with the bar resting in your fingers. Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
