Step backward until the cable is pulled taut. Turn your lower body until your feet face away from the pulley and adopt a staggered stance. Keeping your arms straight, exhale and pull the stirrup in a twisting motion until your torso faces away from the pulley. Hold this position for a count of two. Inhale and reverse the movement, returning the stirrup to the starting position. Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise twisting to the opposite side.
