Description: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp a barbell with an overhand grip. Your hands should also be shoulder-width apart, and your elbows should be fully extended. Keep your arms straight and maintain a neutral back position. Exhale as you lift the barbell forward and upward until your arms are slightly above horizontal. Hold this position for a count of two. Inhale as you lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
