Description: Sit on an inclined bench with a dumbbell in each hand, hanging straight down. Make sure to keep your elbows slightly bent and exhale as you raise the dumbbells forward and upward in a semicircular motion above shoulder height. Hold the position for a count of two and then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Control your movement as you repeat the exercise. Remember to focus on your breathing and maintain proper form throughout.
