Description: Stand in front of a sturdy box or step that is about knee height. Place your right foot firmly on the box. Push through your right heel to lift your body up onto the box. Bring your left foot up to meet your right foot on the box. Step back down with your left foot first, followed by your right foot. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Switch to leading with your left foot and repeat the steps.
