Description: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and lock your feet under something stable. Hold a weight plate with both hands close to your chest. Lean backward to form a V-shape with your torso and thighs, keeping your back straight. Rotate your torso to the right and lower the weight near your hip, feeling a gentle stretch in your side. Reverse the motion to bring the weight back to the center, then twist to the left side and lower the weight. Continue alternating sides, maintaining control over your motion and breathing naturally. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
