Description: Begin by lying face down on a mat, keeping your legs straight and your arms extended forward. Engage your core and gently lift your arms, upper torso, and legs off the mat simultaneously. Hold this raised position for a count of two, maintaining controlled breathing. Carefully lower your arms, upper torso, and legs back to the starting position with control. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
