Description: Set Up: Load an appropriate weight onto the pins and adjust the seat height so that the handles are at chest level. Grip: Grasp the handles with either a neutral or pronated grip. This will be your starting position. Initial Movement: Pull the handles towards your torso while retracting your shoulder blades and flexing your elbows. Pause: Pause briefly at the bottom of the motion, fully engaging your back muscles. Return: Slowly return the handles to the starting position, ensuring not to completely return the weight to the stops to keep tension on the muscles. Repeat: Continue the motion for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control and proper form throughout.
