Description: Stand upright with a resistance band placed under your feet. Hold the handles with your palms facing forward. Keep your back neutral and torso upright. Exhale as you curl one hand up to your shoulder. Focus on keeping your elbow close to your torso. Hold the curl position for a count of two, squeezing your biceps. Inhale as you slowly lower your hand back to the starting position. Repeat the movement with the opposite arm. Continue alternating between arms for the desired number of repetitions.
