Description: Stand tall and pick up a kettlebell with both hands, holding it by the horns at chest level. Lift one leg off the floor, balancing on the other leg. Squat down by bending your knee and sitting back with your hips, keeping the kettlebell in front of you. Hold the squat position at the bottom for a second. Reverse the movement by pushing through your heel to stand back up, keeping your head and chest lifted. Repeat the squat, maintaining balance and control with each repetition. Complete your desired number of repetitions before switching to the other leg.
