Description
- 1Stand on the platform of the machine with the pad touching the outer side of your knee.
- 2Grasp the machine for stability.Exhale as you push your leg against the pad until it is fully abducted.
- 3Inhale as you slowly return this leg to the starting position. Please note that you should not rest the weights onto the rack, instead there should be constant tension on your leg.
- 4You have completed your first repetition. Repeat the motion in a controlled way and count your reps.
- 5Once you have finished, your first set is completed. Repeat the same exercise with your other leg.
